Bags of Love Foundation is a nonprofit organization for kids with cancer. The goal was to create designs for a t-shirt that was very playful and childlike but also spread awareness about childhood cancer. Gold is the color for childhood cancer and the phrase "There is always Hope" is their slogan.
For this design, the word 'BROTHER' can be switched out to a different word (SISTER, DAUGHTER, SON, etc.) more fitting to the buyer.
